Maureen Shaw Terranova is a practicing physician obstetrician gynecologist who has personal experience in infertility, congenital malformation, pregnancy complications, surrogacy, and breastfeeding as an intended mother. She is passionate about nutrition and fitness, and connections to healthy living. She struggles daily to find the balance between full time work, and raising her family, while finding the time to run marathons and knit sweaters. She and her husband live with their three children in New York’s Hudson Valley region.
